🗂� Files Required

Our setup is based on the popular Ex700 (CHS) release. Please ensure you download the following files:

🔧 Setup Configurations

Follow these step-by-step instructions to set up your server smoothly:

Step 1: Download and Extract Files
- Download the files and extract them to either C:\ or D:\.

Step 2: Restore Databases
- Use SQL Server 2000 or higher to restore the databases from the DB Folder.

Step 3: Configure SQL Passwords
- Edit the SQL passwords in the following files:
  - RankingServer\SvConfig.ini
  - EventServer\Data\SvConfig.ini
  - ShopServer\ShopServer.cfg
  - Editor\MuMaker\ (Run and configure as shown at the end of the video tutorial).

Step 4: Update IP Addresses
- Modify the IP addresses in these files:
  - CS\Data\BoR_Serverlist.dat
  - Data\Mapserverinfo.dat
  - Data\Iplist.cfg
  - Data\Lang\Chs\commonloc.cfg

Step 5: Launch the Server
- Start the server by executing the following:
  - a. ShopServer.exe Shortcut
  - b. MuServerStartup.exe
  - c. Create an account using mumaker.exe from the Editor folder.

Step 6: Edit Main.dll
- Modify the main.dll file with a hex editor:
  - Open the hex editor from the Editor folder.
  - Browse main.dll in the client folder.
  - Search for 92. and replace it with your IP address.
  - Run main.exe to test your account.[/font]
