If anyone have crash client on start, recompile all server binaries, LTP.dll and GetMainInfo

Changelog:

• The issue with the chat is that it does not respond when you attempt to press enter (it only responds after you have tried three enters), and the chatt only displays after that.
• An event schedule that includes all of the events has been added to the console.
• Added statistics for servers to the console
• Included Scrolling in the Console Log
• Added a television event to the Events section
• The Invasion subsection has been added to the Events section.
• Additionally, the 60 frames per second constant is stabilised (in construction).
