FPS Unlock Tools for Louis Emulator – Update 40

I created two simple `.bat` executables: Disable_Max_FPS and Enable_Max_FPS, fully compatible with Louis Emulator – Update 40.

Just place them in your client folder, next to the settings.ini file.

These tools help players avoid manually editing settings.ini, which can be confusing for many users. Instead, they can simply run one of the two executables to easily enable or disable the FPS limit.

The scripts are written in both English and Romanian, but you can easily edit them with Notepad++ and translate the echo lines into your preferred language (e.g. Spanish).

✅ Example Use:

• Run Enable_Max_FPS to unlock FPS above the 31 limit
• Run Disable_Max_FPS to restore the default 31 FPS cap
